Do I need both Telegram and Instagram? +
No. Start with one, or run both and compare them in the report. Instagram needs a professional (business or creator) account; Telegram just needs an account to own the bot.
What happens after 8 weeks? +
You get a results report. Continue at $20/month with the setup already done, or we switch the bot off. No lock-in.
What data do you see and share? +
Chat conversations and Shopify order data linked to the bot. Anything we publish is anonymized and approved by you first.
Where does the customer pay? +
On your regular Shopify checkout, with the cart prefilled. Payment methods, discounts and shipping rules stay as they are.
Will it change my store? +
